    救生艇/架检修业务介绍

    按照SOLAS公约第III章第20条以及MSC.Circ.1206的规定，在2006年7月1日以后，结合年度检验对救生艇、救生艇降落装置、承载释放装置进行彻底的检查（包含用克令吊降落和回收的救助艇），检查后以最大降落速度对绞车制动器进行动态试验。对于制造厂或其培训的人员不能到场的情况下，可以有条件地接受未经船旗国主管机关或船级社认可的检修机构从事此项工作，非认可的检修机构应具有相应的此类工作经历，或已具有其他制造厂家的认可或培训其质量管理和人员
